Military housing at Joint Base Langley-Eustis is managed by the Military Housing Office and is available to active duty service members and their families. The base offers a variety of on-base housing options, including single family homes, townhouses, and apartments.

These housing units are well-maintained and equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning, washer/dryer hookups, and cable/internet access. In addition to traditional housing options, the Military Housing Office also offers temporary lodging for service members who are in transit or awaiting permanent housing assignments. Off-base housing is also available in the surrounding community for those who prefer to live off base.

2024 Joint Base Langley-Eustis Basic Housing Allowance

BAH is an allowance to offset the cost of housing when you do not receive government-provided housing. Your BAH depends upon your location, pay grade and whether you have dependents. BAH rates are set by surveying the cost of rental properties in each geographic location.
