All arriving Soldiers report to the Copeland Soldier Service Center (CSSC), Building 18010, located at the corner of TJ Mills Boulevard and Battalion Avenue.

What Happens During In-Processing

The Installation Reception Center (IRC) is the initial point of contact for arriving Soldiers.
